Celebrate the Possible.

Join us at the Staffordshire & Stoke-On-Trent COP Festival 2026, a free, interactive day delivered in partnership with the Staffordshire Green Network, bringing people together to explore, question and shape what comes next for our region.

This year, the COP evolves into a festival format – more hands-on, more participatory, and more rooted in the energy and experience of those who attend.

Whether you’re part of a community group, a voluntary organisation, a public sector team, a business, a policymaker, or simply someone who cares about the future of where we live, this is a space to connect, learn and contribute.

The morning will focus on networking and exploration, with organisations from across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent showcasing practical projects, ideas and solutions through interactive stands, activities and demonstrations.

In the afternoon, we come together for a series of participant-led workshop discussions using an unconference format. The conversations will be shaped by the questions, challenges and priorities that matter most to the people in the room, guided by four broad Festival themes — EnergyFood & GrowingNature, and Circular Economy — which help frame the focus of the discussions across the day.

When you book your free ticket, you’ll be invited to share the question that matters most to youconnected to one or more of these themes. Your questions will help guide the workshop discussions and shape the focus of the afternoon.

Agenda for the day

  • 10:00am – 12:00 noon Networking and activity stands
  • 12:00 noon – 1:00pm Lunch
  • 1:00pm – 3:00pm Workshop discussions

Free tickets are available now, and include lunch and refreshments.

Join us, bring your questions, and help shape what’s possible — together.

The COP Festival is part of a longer-term commitment to place-based climate and sustainability action. It is not just about sharing ideas, but about building relationships, strengthening accountability and supporting collaboration that leads to real-world impact.
